FRANK MURTAUGH

I wrote Trey's Company in rare moments of spare time while juggling my roles as managing editor of Memphis magazine, sports writer for the Memphis Flyer, husband, and father of two. Sartoris Literary Group published this first novel of mine in 2017, later including "Susie's Tale," a story about the black Lab I grew up with, in the anthology Dog Stories for the Soul. The narrative fiction and nonfiction I write brims with a deep respect for life's timeless lessons about friendship, fear, love, and loss.
